Oh, how cute! Beats my chickens! Is this near your house?
I've seen birds like this near my house. They gather on the lawns, just like I would see robins gathering at home in Kentucky. This picture was taken on the golf course in the “manufactured homes” park that my 85-year-old friend lives in.
Are these rheas? Very nice
I sent the photo to my neighbor in Kentucky. She used to work for the Audubon Society. The are Sandhill Cranes.
